xe99 answers all your questions

Decimal odds are a number that shows how much you get back in total for every ৳1 you bet. For example, odds of 2.50 mean that if you bet ৳100 and win, you get ৳250 in total — including your original ৳100. The higher the odds, the lower the probability but the bigger the reward. xe99's betting page displays odds in this format for every market.

Yes, live betting takes place while a match is in progress and the odds change from moment to moment. When a wicket falls or a big run comes in, the odds update right away. The advantage is that you can make decisions based on how the match is going. However, it requires more focus since you have to place bets on rapidly shifting odds. On xe99, you can bet in the live section with real-time scores.

In cricket betting you can find markets such as match winner, toss winner, top run scorer, top wicket taker, over totals (runs over or under), time of first wicket, innings total, and many more. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match there may also be markets like "how many runs will be scored in the first 6 overs."

An accumulator (or "acca") means combining bets on multiple matches together. If all the bets win, the odds multiply and the reward grows significantly. But if even one bet loses, the entire accumulator is void. So while the potential payout is higher, the chance of losing is also higher. On xe99, you can easily add multiple markets using the accumulator builder.

BPL matches generally have more markets available because the tournament is very popular with Bangladeshi audiences. International matches such as the T20 World Cup or ICC tournaments sometimes have more competitive odds. The betting rules are the same in both cases — xe99's cricket page has all sections organized separately.

Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering. Live casino and table games may contribute at a different rate. For accurate information, check the xe99 bonus section or contact live chat. Sports bets may also count toward wagering but conditions apply — you should read the terms before activating a bonus.

The wagering requirement for xe99's welcome bonus is 25x, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — you need to wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 to withdraw the bonus winnings. This must be completed within a set period of time.

No, the welcome bonus applies only once, on each player's first deposit. If the same person tries to claim the bonus using multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended. xe99 regularly has other promotional offers, so check the promotions section regularly.

Yes, a bonus can generally be cancelled, but this means the bonus amount and any winnings earned from the bonus are forfeited. Your original deposit remains. Submit a bonus cancellation request through live chat. It's a good idea to confirm your plan before accepting a bonus — once activated, the process may be irreversible.

xe99's welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. So if you deposit ৳1,000, your bonus is ৳1,000 (total ৳2,000). If someone deposits ৳22,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 and the total balance becomes ৳32,000. Depositing more than that will not increase the bonus beyond ৳10,000.
